1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you") and Versus Padel ("Company," "we," "us," "our") governing your use of the Versus Padel mobile application ("App").
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not download or use the App.

2. Description of the App
Versus Padel is a padel scoreboard application that enables users to:
•Track live padel match scores and game statistics
•Connect to compatible Bluetooth remote control devices
•Store and review match history
•Access premium features through in-app purchases
The App is available on iOS (Apple App Store) and Android (Google Play Store) platforms worldwide.

3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age (or 16 in the European Economic Area) to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

4. License
4.1 Grant of License
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on a device you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use.
4.2 Restrictions
You agree not to:
•Copy, modify, or distribute the App or any portion thereof
•Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
•Rent, lease, lend, sell, or sublicense the App
•Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations
•Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its servers
•Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the App
•Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels in the App

5. In-App Purchases
5.1 Purchase Terms
The App offers optional in-app purchases to unlock premium features. All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or the policies of the applicable App Store platform.
5.2 Platform Billing
All in-app purchases are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store) under their respective purchase terms. We are not responsible for any billing disputes — these must be resolved directly with the applicable platform.
5.3 Price Changes
We reserve the right to modify the pricing of in-app purchases at any time. Any price changes will be communicated within the App prior to taking effect.
5.4 Subscriptions
If the App offers subscription-based purchases, subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You may manage and cancel subscriptions through your App Store or Google Play account settings.

6. Bluetooth Functionality
The App uses Bluetooth to connect with compatible third-party remote control devices. We do not manufacture or warrant these devices. Bluetooth connectivity may vary depending on your device hardware, operating system, and environmental conditions. We are not responsible for any failure of Bluetooth connection or incompatibility with third-party hardware.

7. User Content & Data
Match data, scores, and statistics you enter or generate within the App remain your data. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store and process this data solely for the purpose of providing the App's features to you. We do not claim ownership of your data.

8. Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, graphics, user interface, code, and all content (excluding your data), is owned by Versus Padel and protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.
The name "Versus Padel," our logo, and all related marks are trademarks of the Company. You may not use these marks without our prior written consent.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that:
•The App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses
•Results obtained from use of the App will be accurate or reliable
•The App will meet your specific requirements
•Defects in the App will be corrected

10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, VERSUS PADEL AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:
•Your use or inability to use the App
•Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
•Statements or conduct of any third party within the App
•Any other matter relating to the App
Our total liability to you for all claims shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company and its affiliates from any claim, liability, damage, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

12. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, third parties, or for any other reason in our sole discretion.
Upon termination, all licenses granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including ownership, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability) shall survive.

13. App Store Terms
13.1 Apple App Store
If you download the App from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that: (a) these Terms are between you and the Company, not Apple; (b) Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance and support for the App; (c) Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App.
13.2 Google Play Store
If you download the App from the Google Play Store, you acknowledge that: (a) these Terms are between you and the Company, not Google; (b) Google is not responsible for the App or its content.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration or the competent courts of the Company's jurisdiction.

15. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes through the App or by updating the "Effective Date" above. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

16. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the App and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
